Care Manager Bonner/Boundary Counties
Lily began her journey with Eden in May 2022, first working as a bath aide before stepping into her current role as a Care Manager. With a passion for one-on-one connection and a heart for service, she brings a personal, client-centered approach to her work every day. Her interest in healthcare started early, and she earned her CNA certification as a high school senior in 2021. Knowing she wanted a career that would allow her to support others and make a positive impact in her community, she saw caregiving as the perfect place to start. Memory Care
Adults who suffer from Alzheimer’s, dementia, or memory loss come with special challenges, and it’s important their routines are maintained in a comfortable, safe, and familial environment. Eden Home Care provides this with a specialized care team certified in dementia. First, the care team builds a care plan that includes tasks and activities aimed at creating meaningful and enjoyable days. Throughout regular follow-up visits, they reassess the patient’s current level of dementia and make changes to that plan accordingly. Additionally, each family receives access to education and personalized training from our care managers. Our caregivers are experienced and are trained to compassionately manage behaviors such as agitation, wandering, mental confusion, and other conditions associated with dementia. We are committed to offering long-term caregiver relationships for consistency and emotional bonding, and to provide comfort and companionship.
Respite
Home care services can also be used as a source of respite for family or caregivers. Many family caregivers take pride in the care they provide to their loved ones, but the physical, mental, and emotional demands of caring for a family member can be overwhelming at times. Caregiving is a difficult job and very few people are equipped to do it alone. Getting help is essential for your health, which is critical for your loved one. Whether it’s for a few hours or a long vacation, Eden Home Care can provide the support and relief needed. Respite care can relieve stress, restore energy, and promote the necessary life balance. There are a number of options for respite support. We will often arrange for a free in-home evaluation to discuss the type and length of respite care needed, and a plan of service will be developed.
Dementia
Having a loved one with dementia is often more difficult on the family than it is for the individual. Eden Home Care caregivers receive specialty training on dementia to ensure that your loved one is provided with care that is individual to their needs.Award-Winning Care in North Idaho

What do they say about Eden Home Care of North Idaho?
It helps to have someone to care [for my Dad] and become part of our family.
I like how professional the caregivers are, they make life a lot easier. The caregiver [does] everything I ask without complaints. They are available when I need them and able to make changes when I needed them to. I appreciate my caregiver's responsiveness and willingness to do more.
I have good service because the caregivers do what I ask of them. I feel comfortable knowing that they are here to watch and take care of [my Dad]. They help around the house such as doing his laundry and cleaning around the house. They answer any question that I have right away and whenever I have a problem, they always satisfy my needs.
I like that the Agency makes a real strong effort to make sure we are taken care of. The caregiver shows up on time and meets my Mom's needs.
