Nicole Heller
Executive Director
Nicole’s journey to Eden Health began in 1995 with her time as a Medical Laboratory Technician in the Air Force. After becoming an RN in 2008 and later earning her Healthcare Administration degree, she became a Long Term Care Survey Supervisor with the Department of Health. Surveying various post-acute provider types, it was there that she found her love of Home Health and Hospice finding it an immense privilege to care for patients in their own environments at such a vulnerable time. After 20 years of desert living between New Mexico and Nevada, Nicole headed to the greener pastures of Washington where she loves to spend time hiking, running and being outdoors with her family including her husband, children, daughter in law and granddaughter. Nicole is so grateful for the opportunity that Eden Health has to touch and improve the lives of those in our community!

My doctor ordered physical therapy for my hip at home through Eden Heath. I cannot say enough good things about the service and care I received. Kelsey was the main Physical Therapist that came twice to review my progress. She was very knowledgeable and answered many questions I had and had some really good tips for me that I never thought of too. Cynthia was the person who came twice a week to do the exercises with me and add new ones where needed. She was so very patient and never rushed me. In the end, my pain is still there but not NEAR as bad as it was. The exercises really work if you stick to them. Thank you so much Kelsey and Cynthia. You are both truly healing Angels.
So far I have been cared for in my home by Morgan, Amanda, and Marcella. They all listened to me and problem solved for me and were very compassionate and personable and warm. All very competent in their fields and made me feel relaxed and confident that I was in good hands. I am still going to be seeing PT as my recovery progresses, and I am looking forward to meeting with them from the comfort and safety of my home. Excellent experience for me.
