Milagros Rivera achieves the first ever Home Care Admin Hero award

Executive Director of Eden Health of Arizona Lisa Davis had the pleasure of announcing Milagros Rivera, Eden Arizona’s Home Health Scheduler, as the Arizona Association of Home Care’s first ever Home Care Admin Hero on June 19th. The Home Care Admin Hero was the first of its kind this year, as the association believes that the team behind the scenes has been due the recognition and now it’s official.

“Milly, as we here in AZ fondly refer to her as, has been a part of the Eden Family for three years now and some of us have been very fortunate to know her for a bit longer,” said Lisa Davis. “Milly doesn’t just oversee schedules, she makes sure clinicians are safe out there on their routes by updating all three offices (which have three separate locations) with road information, emergency situations and weather reports. She’s the magic maker when it comes to figuring out the scheduling puzzle.”
