Over the past 10 years, Eden’s passion for our mission of “Bringing Connected Care Home” has touched the lives of almost 30,000 patients and their loved ones! Since the August 1, 2014 growth into the Bellingham, WA market, Eden continues to expand the provision of continuous, quality care across the Home Health, Hospice, Palliative Care and Home Care continuum, with Eden’s Northwestern Washington branches currently covering patients throughout Whatcom, Skagit, Island, Snohomish and King and Pierce Counties in Seattle and Tacoma and growing.

Eden’s professionals meet patients and families exactly where they are on their healthcare journey, whether it is for Skilled Nursing or Therapy with Home Health, Caregiving support with Home Care or the wrap-around, holistic care of the patient and family throughout the delicate end-of-life process with Eden Hospice.
