Lisa E. Davis, Executive Director of Eden Home Health and Hospice of Arizona has been with the company for over two years now. She achieved her Bachelors of Science in Administrative Criminal Justice while service in the United States Army Reserve. During this time, Mrs. Davis also held various positions of leadership throughout her employment with government contracting agencies. She thrived on the desire to assist team development and cohesiveness in crisis situations. This was something she became so passionate about that she continued her education to obtain her Masters of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. Upon completion, Mrs. Davis became the Associate Agency Director of a non-profit organization to further her experience. She became interested in working with Health Care professionals during the pandemic and was hired on with Eden Home Health in Sierra Vista as a Community Liaison. Through her professional growth and experience along some wonderful opportunities with the organization, she has since been promoted to Executive Director. She states that Eden provides opportunities like no other for professional growth and personal development.

Susanne “Susie” May, Business Office Manager, has been with Eden Home Health and Hospice of Arizona for over two years. She comes to Eden with a background in customer service where she gained the understanding of how important it is to put people first. She gained interest in working in the health profession during the pandemic and wanted to have an impact on helping patients get the care they need. She began her career with Eden as a Medical Records Custodian and was promoted to Business Office Manager in a short period of time. She often states that she has been able to not only work in a place where she can help not only patients, but also help the team have what they need to succeed.
Skilled nursing care is provided by a Registered Nurse (RN) or a Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) to manage, observe, and evaluate care. Most often, skilled nursing is needed when an individual is recovering from injury or illness. Our nurses have significant training and experience in treating and educating patients within the home setting. We offer a range of skilled nursing care in treatment areas such as anti-coagulation therapy, cancer care, cardiopulmonary disease, diabetes, IV therapy, medication management, pain management, stroke, advanced wound care and more.
